- The pavilion is located off Pine Meadow Road in Northfield, MA.
- Fee: $200 for exclusive use of the pavilion and the lawns to the north and south of it from 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. In addition, a “clean-up” deposit check for $100 is required. (Note: If a large tent is to be set up and removed, the Pavilion must be rented on the days before and after the event.)
- Maximum group size is 100 people. The 8 picnic tables in the Pavilion seat 64.
- Swimming and beaching or anchoring of any watercraft on the riverbank is not permitted.
- There are two 110 volt/20 amp outlets under the serving table with GFI protection.
- Drinking water is not available at the pavilion. However, water may be carried from the Riverview Picnic Area or brought in.
- Restroom facilities with flush toilets are located at the Riverview Picnic Area, a short walk from the Pavilion.
- Disabled guests will find the service entrance most convenient. These guests may park adjacent to the pavilion. All others should use the Pavilion parking area directly off Pine Meadow Road.
- Located in the Northfield Mountain Visitor Center in Northfield, MA, the auditorium is available for day-use only between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Maximum group size is 60 seated in rows.
- Fee: $100 with a refundable $100 cleaning/damage deposit fee.
- Our cleaning service will vacuum the floors and remove any bagged trash after you leave. If cleaning, beyond trash removal and vacuuming, is required additional fees may be assessed.
- Bathrooms located in adjacent room up half-flight of stairs.
- Use of alcohol is not permitted
- The yurt is located behind the Visitor Center, off Route 63 in Northfield, MA. It is available for day-use between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 pm.
- Fee: $100 with a refundable $100 cleaning/damage deposit fee.
- Our cleaning service will vacuum the floors and remove any bagged trash after you leave. If cleaning, beyond trash removal and vacuuming, is required additional fees may be assessed.
- Maximum group size is 30 people. A pellet stove keeps the yurt warm in any season. Limited electricity is provided.
- Use of alcohol is not permitted.
